Ethernet TCP/IP to DH-485

The Datalink DL4500 is a gateway between an Ethernet TCP/IP Network and AB’s DH-485 Network. This cost-efficient solution extends the life of legacy Allen-Bradley PLC2, PLC3 and SLC/03s by eliminating the need to upgrade each PLC with an Ethernet processor.

The DataLink DL4500 Controller enables users to run MMI applications or program/monitor PLCs & SLCs on a DH-485 Network from an Ethernet LAN station. Tested applications include RSLinx,RSLogix,RSView, Wonderware, & Citect.

The DL4500-EDH-485 combines the Lantronix Ethernet Microprocessor with DataLink's DH-485 token-ring technology.
